ORDER PROCESS
Prices showed in Gloablwipe's Online Factory Store are based on Ex-Work (pick up goods from factory) trade term EXCLUDING cost of shipment and custom fee. Shipping cost to different countries are not same, our Order Process is to avoid overcharge by using same rate worldwide. If you have your own shipping agency, please inform them to contact us; Otherwise we would quote for you automatically by getting the best price from our contract agency.
Step 1.
Add your favorite goods to cart and check out WITHOUT PAYING. Please provide accurate address (P.O. Box is not applicable) for us to calculate shipping cost that will be involved in Pro-Forma Invoice sent to your email.
Step 2.
You confirm total cost, lead time, payment method and other commercial issues in Pro-Forma Invoice.
Step 3.
You transfer payment as per pro-forma invoice if agree, or suggest how to revise.
Step 4.
We arrange to deliver the goods to your door, alternatively you can inform your shipping agent to contact us to pick up goods from Globalwipe's factory.

Are All Products In Ready Stock?
There are ready stock for most of the products showcased on the site if you order less than 1,000 pieces. More than that quantity, we need to produce from scratch for your order. Microfiber products (towel, washing mitt, applicator) is an exception for its versatile charactors of fabric, size, color, edging ways... estimated lead time is 20-30 days. But if there is on going production of same product as your order coincidentally and we add your order into the stream, that could save some time.
How To Ship The Goods And How Long Does It Take?
Once receiving your order, we’ll check the best way as per your prior request for time or cost. We will provide at least two options for your choice. Of course you may inform us to contact your shipping agency if you have one. There are three ways to ship the goods shown as below:
Express Delivery (UPS, DHL, Fedex...), Time Short, Cost High, Limitation: 100kg, 5 cartons, and US$1,000;
Air Shipment, Time Short, Cost High, Custom Clearance needed;
Sea Shipment, Time Long, Cost Low, Custom Clearance needed.
Air shipment takes 5-15 days worldwide, and sea shipment takes 25-45 days worldwide that are subject to how far of your city to Shanghai China.
How To Pay For The Order?
After confirming your order upon Pro-Forma Invoice sent by us, you may choose to pay through Bank Transfer, Paypal, West Union or Letter of Credit. We accept 50% prepayment to place order and 50% before shipment for order amount more than US$10,000. Less than $10,000, full payment should be done when placing order.
