What is it for?
Microfiber Towel is widely use during whole process of automotive cleaning and detailing. Nobody can complete washing a car in good finish without microfiber towel. Globalwipe's Classic Warp Knitting Microfiber Towel features same height naps on both sides that is competent for cleaning and restoring shine of exterior or interior surfaces of your car.
Why is it special?
Globalwipe doesn't produce microfiber yarns but outsource and knit them into microfiber cloth. Therefore we have choice to select the best quality yarn manufacturer to guarantee the essential quality of our microfiber towel
Some towels are "looked" like same as ours from other manufacturer but with very low price, reason is their polyamide might be less than 15% which is the absorbent ingredient of microfiber towel and with higher price than polyester. 80/20 is the most popular proportion of polyester and polyamide yarns for knitting microfiber towel by considering hydroscopicity, softness and price integrally, actually Globalwipe can produce 70/30, 60/40, even 50/50 ones upon your request
In sewing workshop of Globalwipe, edging work of microfiber towels is done manually except edgeless towels are cut by X-ray machine. Manual works enable versatile edging ways that can't be replaced by machines and only can be done through mass production by experienced workers in country like China
Globalwipe can custom produce microfiber towels for client with Minimum Order Quantity as low as 200kg cloth which estimates equal to 3,290 pieces of 380gsm 40x40cm microfiber towels. The smallest dye tank can accommodate 200kg cloth in one time maximally. Less cloth may cause waste and increase unit cost.
How to Use?
No need to teach you how to use a microfiber towel, as far as you know Globalwipe's microfiber towel is super absorbent, high capable to carry debris and grime, lint-free, streak-free, and scratch free. You decide where, how, and when to use them.
Maintenance
Just throw it into a wash machine, better with wash soap and warm water. Dry it naturally or low heat. DON'T use softener that will clog microfiber's construction to render them unabsorbent.
